Descriptions

ALL Classes are appropriate/modifiable for ALL LEVELS and are 60 minutes in length.

 
  • This “Baptiste-Inspired” power vinyasa class focuses on breath, generating internal heat, fully integrating every muscle in your body, proper alignment, and creating possibility both on and off the mat! In this class you will learn to find the balance of push (taking it to your edge) and surrender (letting go of what doesn’t serve you). You will build strength, flexibility, concentration, focus, and vitality.

  • The perfect addition to your busy life! Come and restore your mind and your body. This class focuses on long held stretching postures that go beneath the superficial muscles to target the dense connective tissues of the body (hips, pelvis, low back, etc.). The result is increased flexibility and mobility, increased joint health, and release of stagnant energy in the body, and a feeling of rejuvenation.

  • Give your body exactly what it needs as you explore the basics of Sun Salutations to build internal heat,  followed by power postures that will create the perfect balance of igniting and grounding in your body. Class ends with deep stretching and recovery. You will walk out of class feeling connected and calm, yet physically and mentally energized.

  • Similar to our traditional power yoga class, but breath is linked with slower, more intentional, mindful movements. Postures are held longer to increase both physical and mental endurance, creating energy and clarity. This class is perfect for beginners and experienced students alike!
