Meditation sessions at Evolve are VERY practical and non-intimidating in nature. Our intention is to familiarize you with the act of meditating and the benefits you will personally gain. We will answer your questions and concerns about beginning a meditation practice and help you navigate through the challenges we all face as we decide to become more still. We will teach you how to create a home meditation space that will support your practice. Incorporating Mindfulness and Meditation into your life can transform you in ways you never realized were possible.
